Bourdon & Associés sets its fees according to the nature and difficulty of the matter at hand and in agreement with its clients.

Fees may be based on time spent on the case and the lawyer’s hourly rate.

Where there exists little uncertainty on the course of the proceedings, the firm may, in agreement with the client, charge a flat rate for handling the whole case.

In cases where the firm and its client have expressly agreed to it, a success fee may be charged in addition to a “minimum” fee based on either a flat rate or quota of hours.
